1.1.3 Basic requirements and interfaces

1.1.3.1 Mechanical interface: The tendering party provides a electromagnetic bridge crane for adding phosphorus iron to the induction melting furnace, and the interface is the inlet of the induction melting furnace phosphorus iron.

1.1.3.2 Electrical interface: The tendering party will send the 10KV high-voltage power supply to the input terminal of the induction melting furnace transformer, and the low-voltage power supply to the incoming terminal of the low-voltage power distribution box. The electrical design of the remaining part is the responsibility of the bidder.

1.1.3.3 Control interface: The bidder is responsible for providing the supporting control system and instrumentation and is responsible for the integrity of the entire control system. The control system equipment has a separate network interface to communicate with the control system in the control room.
