1. Annealing. The pure copper tube is annealed prior to winding the induction coil of the induction melting furnace. The pure copper tube is kept at 650~700 °C for 30~40 minutes, then rapidly cooled in water at 20~30 °C. The heating equipment is preferably an intermediate frequency electric furnace.

2, winding. The pure copper tube is wound into an induction melting furnace induction coil. In the winding process, a metal mold or a wooden mold should be used. Considering the amount of springback after the copper tube is wound, the size of the mold should be slightly smaller than the required size. When the winding radius is small, hot winding should be performed, that is, the acetylene flame is used to bake the pure copper tube of the curved portion during winding.

3. Correction. The wound induction coil is corrected to the required size and clamped with a clamp.

4. Annealing. The induction coil has the same annealing temperature, time and mode as the pure copper tube.

5. Hydraulic test. In the pure copper tube of the induction coil, water or air with a pressure of 1.5 times the design pressure of the feed water is introduced to check whether there is water leakage at the joint of the pure copper tube and the pipe.

6, the insulation layer. On the pure copper tube, 1/3 overlaps the non-alkali glass ribbon.

7, dip insulation paint. The induction coil covered with an insulating layer is preheated in an electric furnace or a hot air drying box, and then immersed in an organic insulating varnish for 15 minutes. If there are a lot of bubbles in the paint during the dipping process, the dipping time should be extended, usually three times.

8, drying. It is carried out in a hot air drying oven. When the induction coil is installed, the furnace temperature should not be higher than 50 °C, and the temperature should be raised at 15 °C/h, and dried at 100~110 °C for 20 hours, but should be baked until the paint film is not sticky.
