Induction melting furnaces can save electricity during periodic operations. The power density of the induction melting furnace is large, and the power configuration per ton of molten steel is about 20-30% larger than that of the industrial frequency induction furnace. Therefore, under the same conditions, the melting speed of the induction melting furnace is fast and the production efficiency is high. The induction melting furnace control system uses a SCR intermediate frequency power supply, which has high reliability, strong anti-interference of the operating frequency, automatic frequency tracking, and a workflow function that requires no manual intervention to automatically match the load and power supply. Due to the protection capabilities of overcurrent, overpressure, phase loss, and insufficient water pressure, it allows the operation of any faulty equipment without damaging the components, reducing the use and maintenance costs of the equipment. The molten steel in each furnace of the induction melting furnace can be completely cleaned, and the steel type is convenient to change.
What must I do each day with an induction melting furnace?
(1) Use a temperature measuring gun to observe the temperature of the thyristor, the resistance-capacitance protection resistor, and the working temperature of the voltage equalizing resistor. The temperature measurement time is divided into three stages: the first temperature measurement is about one third of the power when the machine runs the first furnace of molten steel, and the temperature is measured after about 5 to 10 minutes. The second time is to measure again when the furnace is almost full. Then the temperature was measured for the third time at the end of the smelting, which is today's last furnace with full power. Of course, the above three temperature measurements need to be recorded in order to find and solve problems in time.
(2) Check whether the screws of the cable are loose every day.
(3) Before starting each day, you must confirm that the power supply pump and the furnace water pump are turned on. The water pressure is 1.5 to 1.7 kg in the power cabinet and 1.5 to 2 kg in the furnace.
(4) Keep the iron body and metal objects clean and free of water near the furnace cable.
