2. Safety protection of induction melting furnace

(1) The cooling water is crucial to the induction melting furnace. The probability of damage to the electric furnace equipment due to the failure of the cooling water is high. The system, when the power supply is interrupted, can provide cooling water to the furnace in time to avoid damage.

3. Daily management

(2) The enterprise shall formulate a strict and thorough use and maintenance management system for induction melting furnace according to the operating instructions of the electric furnace and professional operation specifications, and strictly enforce it to ensure its safe operation.

(3) In the case of continuous operation, there must be preheating time before each furnace opening, and the low power will preheat the furnace lining and the furnace material to dark red, and then gradually increase the power.
