3. Free technical training for user operations and maintenance personnel. The operator is able to operate the induction melting furnace proficiently, and the maintenance personnel can routinely inspect the induction melting furnace to determine the cause of the induction melting furnace failure and replace the damaged components.
4. If the user installs the induction melting furnace himself, we provide free installation instructions and corresponding technical documentation.
5. Free of charge for commissioning of the main part of the induction melting furnace.
6. The induction melting furnace warranty period is 18 months from the date of the induction melting furnace or 12 months after the start of use (the above date is the first). During the warranty period, the induction melting furnace is repaired free of charge due to product quality problems.
7. The fault response time was 4 hours, 24 hours to the scene, and the electrical system failure was eliminated within 4 hours.
