Inductive melting furnace complete supply range

1. The complete range of induction melting furnaces specified by the supplier shall be listed in the enterprise product standard. Generally, the following items shall be included: a) Furnace body:

     b) hydraulic or electric or manual tilting gearing;

     c) Operation console:

     d) Rectifier transformer (for high power induction melting furnace):

e) an intermediate frequency power supply unit;

     f) Capacitor cabinet (or combined with item e)):

     g) Water-cooled soft system:

h) Spare parts:

i) Factory documentation (including product specifications and necessary design drawings).

The specific contents of the above items, including the model, specification and quantity, should be listed in the enterprise product standard, such as when there are different requirements for the items specified by the supplier.

2. When the following accessories or devices are required, the technical requirements shall be agreed between the supplier and the buyer.

a) IF bus;

b) electronic automatic weighing devices and accessories;

c) loading device;

d) changing the furnace switch;

e) exhaust smoke removal device;

f) building furnaces and furnace tools;

g) lining launching device;

h) pure water circulation cooling device;

i) waterway systems and accessories;

j) a reclining device;

k) a harmonic absorption device;

l) Temperature measuring instrument and compensation wire.
