Design and manufacturing standards for transmissions of induction melting furnaces
The induction melting furnace shall be equipped with a transmission mechanism for opening and closing the tilting furnace and the furnace cover, and the operation shall be uniform, stable, flexible and reliable. The tilting movement should not be stuck, shocked or vibrated in the cold and hot state of the furnace, and the maximum tilting angle is 95o. For large-capacity induction melting furnaces, when a back-tilt function is required to remove the slag, it can be proposed according to 9.2. There should be a reliable limit device at the extreme position of the tilting furnace.
Induction melting furnaces generally use hydraulic or electric drive systems, but small capacity medium frequency coreless furnaces can also use manual transmission systems.
The hydraulic system should be composed of a hydraulic pump and a fuel tank. The oil return in the fuel tank should be equipped with a net oil filter or a magnetic oil filter. To filter out impurities and rust in the oil. The fuel tank cap should be equipped with an air filter to prevent dust from entering the fuel tank. The fuel tank cap should be sealed between the tank cover and the tank. For ease of maintenance, the hydraulic pump and main attachments should be installed outside the fuel tank. Each of the hydraulic systems is in charge
There should be no oil leakage in the road to prevent accidents caused by accidental splashing of molten metal.
The hydraulic system should be able to withstand a test of 1.5 times the maximum working pressure. The pressure should be maintained for 10 minutes during the type test and 5 minutes during the factory test. There should be no leakage throughout the pipeline, and the metal pipe should be free of deformation.
After the final assembly of the hydraulic system (or electric system), the furnace operation test shall be carried out. The type test shall be operated continuously for 5 times under no-load and heavy-load (plus weight). The factory test shall be operated continuously for 5 times under no-load conditions. There shall be no looseness or deformation, and the rotation shall be flexible, stable and reliable.
When the furnace cover is opened and closed by hydraulic system, the operation should be smooth, flexible and reliable.
In order to prevent the dust and molten iron in the surrounding environment from contaminating the hydraulic cylinder working surface of the hydraulic system, appropriate protective measures should be taken.
