Induction coil design standard for induction melting furnace
1. The induction coil conductor of the induction melting furnace should be made of round copper tube or square or rectangular copper tube not lower than T2. When the copper tube must be welded and lengthened due to the length specification, the corresponding welding process and strict inspection rules should be established to ensure reliable conduction and no leakage. The welding of the connecting plate should ensure that the conductivity and the smoothness of the waterway are properly connected and replaced.
2. After the induction coil is wound into shape, it should be tested by hydraulic pressure of 1.5 times the maximum working pressure, 0.2-0.3MPa, and there should be no leakage after 5min.
3. After the induction coil is wound into shape, it should be insulated according to the professional process. The heat-insulating insulation grade of the insulating layer and insulating varnish should not be lower than Grade B.
4, Inductive coil manufacturing dimensional deviation, geometrical tolerance should meet the requirements of the design drawings.
5, the induction coil and its turns should be supported by a solid bakelite column structure. Positioned by bolts and nut fasteners, yokes and tie rods are fixed and positioned to enhance rigidity so that they do not deform and displace during operation.
6, under normal conditions of use, the life of the induction coil (referring to insulation) should not be less than 6000h.
