A, structure and function:
The discharge part is mainly composed of a " quick discharge machine " and a " scale separator " .
, fast discharge machine:
A length of ten V -type rolls (nine roller, a pressure roller), a chain coupled between them, synchronized with the driving power of 1.5KW cycloid reducer, speed 60 rpm / min. Its function is to advance the heated workpiece at a speed of 210~240 mm/s .
, oxide peeling machine:
The machine is mainly composed of two " multi-disc friction wheel axles " and " blade seat " , and the power is 2.2KW stepless speed changer. Which is: that the workpiece has been heated at about 100 revolutions / min rotation speed, oblique blade and the workpiece advancing force which the surface oxide is stripped.
In addition, in the induction furnace mouth, the roller group terminal and the stripping machine terminal are provided with three proximity switches and an infrared thermometer to monitor and detect the online workpiece.
B, process convergence :
When the workpiece is heated and pushed out from the inductor and enters the “ eight-sided roller ” and the pressure roller combination, the upper and lower alternating motion will occur, and the rapid advancement will be avoided, thereby avoiding the adhesion between the heated workpiece and the subsequent workpiece. At this time, the " furnace proximity switch " will deflect and transmit a signal to the " infrared thermometer " when the workpiece passes , so that it can start detecting and heating the workpiece. When the workpiece advances to the roller combination terminal proximity switch, the qualified product will be pushed into the scale peeling machine by the “ pneumatic top plate ” , and the unqualified product will be detected by the picking plate and rolled into the waste pile. The qualified workpiece that is pushed into the scale peeling machine is rotated by the multi-disc friction wheel. At this time, the oblique scraper falls, the self-rotating workpiece is forced to advance, and the surface scale is peeled off. When the workpiece is close to the end of the stripping machine, the proximity switch sends a signal, and the scraper lifts the “ pneumatic top plate ” to lift the workpiece to the next process —the pusher. At this point, the workpiece to be heated is completed, and the next heated workpiece is sent from the furnace mouth to the current process.
C, operation and maintenance:
The workpiece has been heated while the discharge part is running. The heat transfer and radiant heat will heat up the various parts of the machine, and the cooling and lubrication of the bearing and transmission parts are very important. Therefore, before the production line starts, the water-cooling system is first turned on, and the oil-filled (shaft), such as the transmission chain (wheel), and the hinge pin (shaft) are lubricated in time. Before the spot is vacant, check whether the operation is normal. If there is a fault, it should be shut down for maintenance and repair. After the spot, wipe the test equipment and clean the dandruff in time.
This set of equipment adopts open type drive. The patrol staff should be properly dressed and work at a safe distance (range) to avoid accidents such as burns, pinches and bruises.
