1 , the use of intermediate frequency melting furnace
After the products are debugged one by one, it is confirmed that the installation is correct, and the various protection links are normal before the power can be supplied to the furnace.
Use the operation as follows:
1. Start the water supply system pump, open the water valve, and check the water pressure gauge.
2. According to the instructions of the intermediate frequency power supply, start the intermediate frequency power supply and check the working status of the furnace body and other power supply facilities.
3. According to the requirements of furnace lining baking and steel smelting, the furnace is fed and the power is gradually increased, and the working state of the furnace body and other energized facilities is observed at any time.
4. After the melting process is completed, the furnace is tilted.
5. The furnace body can not stop water immediately after power failure, and the water can be stopped after the temperature of the furnace body drops below 100 degrees.
2 , intermediate frequency melting furnace maintenance
A, to maintain good lubrication of each rotating part, each class must be oiled once.
B. Each grounding conductor should be inspected frequently to keep the contact grounded.
C. Always check the fastening bolts of the yoke for looseness.
D. Regularly check the oil volume of the fuel tank. When it is lower than the liquid level, it should be replenished in time.
E. Always check the high-pressure hose. If it is damaged, it should be replaced in time.
F, the hydraulic oil should be kept clean and replaced regularly. The oil tank and filter should be cleaned every time the oil is changed.
G, the standby pump of the water supply system should be exchanged and used regularly to avoid rusting if not used for a long time.
H. When the new furnace lining is used at the beginning, the sintered layer of the furnace lining is thin, and the feeding should be handled with care to avoid damage to the lining.
3, medium frequency melting furnace safety technology
A. Identify and train full-time operators. Untrained personnel are not allowed to work.
B. During the melting process of the solid charge, the melting condition in the furnace should be observed frequently, and the bridging of the charge and the crust on the surface of the melt should be eliminated in time.
C, the wet charge should be pre-baked, and the long charge should be cut off before it can be added to the furnace.
D. When the cooling water pressure and water temperature exceed the setting value, the fault must be eliminated before continuing operation.
E, must be equipped with spare water, in case of emergency, power reserve water to ensure that the furnace body is 2-4 hours of continuous water.
F, there is a sand pit in front of the furnace, so that the leaking furnace can be used urgently.
4, the protection of electric shock in the intermediate frequency melting furnace
A. Grounding protection shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB J65-83 "Code for Designing Grounding of Industrial and Civil Power Equipment".
B. For other protection, the operator should wear personal protective equipment such as insulated gloves, insulated shoes, protective caps and goggles, and protect against moisture and moisture to prevent accidents from electric shock.
C. When servicing the power supply, capacitor cabinet and furnace, the power should be cut off and the live working is prohibited.
5, the intermediate frequency melting furnace tilting precautions:
1. The manual reversing valve handle is pulled downward to be the tilting furnace, and the middle position is overflowed, and the upper direction is pulled to return the furnace body.
2. If the furnace is in the middle position, the furnace body needs to be returned. After the oil pump motor has stopped running, the handle can be pulled up and returned to the furnace body, otherwise the pressure gauge will be damaged.
