Purchase of induction melting furnace A and B tasks and responsibilities:

1. Party B shall be responsible for the accommodation and accommodation of the on-site installation and commissioning personnel.

2. Energy sources such as water and electricity (compressed air, acetylene, oxygen) used during installation and commissioning of induction melting furnaces. The oxygen required for on-site installation, auxiliary materials such as acetylene shall be provided by Party A; Party A shall be responsible for and bear the expenses.

a) Party B is responsible for providing the “Technical Documents, Drawings and Operation and Maintenance Manual” documents, including the layout plan of the equipment and the materials and other relevant materials required for the design of the induction furnace.

b) Party B's construction personnel comply with relevant laws, regulations and requirements. Party B is responsible for the construction quality and the management and safety of the construction team.

c) Party B shall undertake the installation and connection work of the contract equipment, including installation materials and labor costs.
