1.3, insulation inspection:

Check the insulation and pressure resistance of the inductor to ground before the sensor is not ventilated. After removing one end of all rubber tubes on the sensor and leaving the sensor fully dry, measure the insulation resistance of the sensor to ground (furnace body) with a megger meter of not less than 1MΩ.

1.4, water cooling system inspection:

After the waterway is connected, test it with water pressure of 0.4Mpa for 10 minutes to check for water leakage. After passing the test, adjust the electric contact pressure gauge to the range of 0.15~0.25Mpa. Adjust the signal temperature gauge to 55 °C. Check if the water flow branch is normal.

1.5, sensor no-load power transmission check:

This work can only be carried out after the above tests have passed. The furnace is powered without the charge or the mold, and the electrical switch operation, line vibration and heat generation, instrument indication, electrical control circuit operation, vibration of the sensor itself, and insulation between the turns are normal. . For the sake of safety, the specified voltage is sent from the low and high scores of 3 to 5, until the rated voltage is continuously transmitted for about 30 minutes. Note that the sensor should be watered at this time.
