First, the intermediate frequency power supply
The complete control system of the intermediate frequency power supply is produced by foreign imported technology, and the constant back pressure time inverter control mode is adopted for automatic frequency tracking adjustment. The equipment has reasonable wiring and strict assembly process, and has the advantages of perfect protection system, high power factor, convenient operation and maintenance, and high reliability.
Second, the pressure roller feeder
It is mainly composed of variable frequency motor, high-strength pressure roller and roller assembly. The roller adopts a double-seat supporting steel roller structure, and a high-temperature resistant insulating material is filled between the steel roller and the inner sleeve, and the inner sleeve is coupled with the shaft key. It is not only easy to disassemble, but also prevents surface burns caused by contact with the steel roller during the transfer of the workpiece.
Third, the sensor
Mainly composed of multiple sets of sensors, connecting copper bars, water separators (inlet water), closed return pipes, channel steel chassis, quick-change water joints, etc.
Fourth, sensor switching (quick change)
1. Switching of group sensors: integral lifting, sliding-in positioning and installation, water using quick-change joints, and electric high-strength stainless steel bolts.
2. Quick change of single-section sensor: Both inlet and outlet water are a quick-change joint, and the electric power is connected by two large bolts.
3. Inductor copper tube: Both are national standard T2 copper.
