How does quenching work in AKWH automatic crankshaft induction heating furnace?
AKWH automatic crankshaft induction heating furnace quenching is shown in the figure. The quenching of the fully automatic crankshaft induction heating furnace is tunnel type, about 12m in length and 3.5m in width, excluding thyristor power supply, hydraulic station and two cooling water circulation devices. The power supply is 3 x 160kW/10kHz thyristor intermediate frequency power supply. The characteristic is that there are three correction devices when the main journal is quenched to prevent bending and deformation of the crankshaft.
The working procedures are as follows:
1) In the first station, heat the necks of the 2 and 4 spindles first, and correct the root pressure of the 3 spindle necks.
2) Heat the necks of the spindles 1, 3, and 5 to correct and roll the necks of the spindles 2, 4. Use power 75-85kW, time 12so
3) In the second station, heat the oil seal flange. The power is 40~60kW, and the time is 4s.
4) The third station, heating the connecting rod neck, first heat 1, 4, then 2, 3, correct the phase pressure 2, 4 main neck neck. It adopts power 55-75kW, power pulsation, polymer aqueous solution for quenching liquid, liquid sprayers on both sides of the lower belt of the inductor, the quenching transformer is 70mm thick, is a ferrite core, and the productivity is 45 pieces/h (four-cylinder crankshaft length) It is 650mm, the main shaft neck is Φ65mm, and the connecting rod shaft neck is Φ50mm x48mm), the crankshaft is extended by about 0.8mm after quenching, and the bending deviation is about 0.32mm.
