The control circuit of the induction heating power supply must play at least the following functions:


(1) The adjustment control circuit must perform functional control on the main circuit parts of the system such as the rectifier circuit and the inverter circuit. For the rectifier circuit and the inverter circuit, various parameters (such as current, output voltage, etc.) of the system must be maintained under various disturbances without departing from their set values.


(2) When the above-mentioned parameters exceed their set limit values due to various faults, the control circuit should block the regulator to turn the rectifier circuit into the inverter working state.


(3) In order to achieve the purposes of regulation and protection, the system must have the ability to measure and monitor various parameters. For example, the measurement and monitoring of cooling water pressure, water flow, water temperature, air temperature in the control cabinet, intermediate frequency voltage and current and other parameters.


(4) The load frequency of the intermediate frequency heating power supply must realize the automatic tracking function.


(5) Control In order to coordinate the work of each part and ensure that the entire power supply can operate normally according to a predetermined procedure, the system must have strict control operations.


However, compared with other automatic devices, the requirements of the intermediate frequency power supply for various adjustment quality indicators (dynamic and static) are relatively low. Compared with the static index, the latter is the main one. The former is limited to the fact that the power does not lose control under disturbance.
