Overcurrent debugging process of induction heating furnace
Induction heating furnace is the first choice of many people for heating equipment. The working principle of induction heating furnace is more complicated. Among them, the over-current debugging process is the most prone to error. We summarize the overcurrent process of the induction heating furnace as follows:
First, start the power supply slowly, the current reaches the rated value, adjust the over-current potentiometer W8 to make the over-current protection action.
Secondly, release the current-limiting potentiometer W5 and turn the over-current potentiometer W7 counterclockwise two to three times.
Then, start the intermediate frequency power supply to reach 1.2 times the rated current. Adjust the overcurrent potentiometer W7 to make the overcurrent protection action, and the overcurrent indicator will be on. This debugging is repeated once or twice to verify that the overcurrent value is indeed about 1.2 times the rated current.
Finally, restore the current limit setting value and adjust the current negative feedback potentiometer W6: first select the current negative feedback potentiometer counterclockwise to the end, start the inverter to make the current at 100A, and then adjust the negative feedback potentiometer clockwise to reduce the current to 75A .
