1) Precautions before starting the induction melting furnace

Before starting the device, the cooling circulating water should be turned on first. Before each start-up, the equipment should first check whether the cooling water is unobstructed; whether the incoming line voltage meets the requirements of the equipment, whether there are unsafe factors; whether the power regulating potentiometer returns to zero.

2) Precautions for induction melting furnace operation

When the device is running, it should be operated according to the operating procedures. Observe at all times to see if the parameters indicated by the instruments are correct and whether the waterway is unblocked.

3) Precautions after using the induction melting furnace

After the device is used, the incoming power should be disconnected to stop the device. If the load is a diathermic furnace, turn off the circulating cooling water after disconnecting the incoming power for 1 hour; if the load is using a melting furnace, turn off the circulating cooling water for 12 hours after turning off the incoming power.
