First, the boot program
1, prior to startup frequency power supply cabinet and first turn heated bed into the pump, so that frequency power supply cabinet inlet pressure was kept 0.2 - 0.3Mpa, heated water bed pressure was maintained at 0.3 - 0.4Mpa, check the line out of the water is smooth, There is no water leakage in the cabinet. It is strictly forbidden to start the water without water or water pressure.
2, open the control power switch on the IF power cabinet door
3. First press the “Reset” button, then press the “Main Circuit Pass” button, the main circuit pass indicator lights up, at this time the main circuit is turned on, the potentiometer is turned counterclockwise to the minimum, press “Reset” ” button, press the “Function” button again, the device starts successfully, the start-up success indicator lights up, and each indicator table has instructions. If the start "fault indicator" lights up, then press the "reset" button, then press the "power on" button, the device starts up again, according to this start three times can not turn on the device, will have to stop to check and notify maintenance personnel.
4, after system initialization, the power adjustment potentiometer clockwise uniform adjustment, the intermediate frequency voltage is adjusted to the desired value. Then, after the "feed switch " is turned on, the feeding can be started. The operator pays close attention to the heating temperature of the billet. When the temperature is too high, the "tuning potentiometer" is appropriately turned counterclockwise, and vice versa.
Second, the shutdown program
1. Turn the “tuning potentiometer” to the lowest level counterclockwise. Press the "Reset" button and the IF power supply stops.
2. Press the “Main Circuit Break” button to de-energize the main circuit of the IF power supply.
3. Turn off the control power switch on the power cabinet door.
4. After shutdown, turn off the intermediate frequency power supply cooling water; the cooling water of the heating furnace must be turned off after emptying the heated blank.
Third, special tips
1, a mold during the commissioning, a heating furnace only heating a workpiece rest or repair the mold must first clear space of the workpiece in the heating furnace, and then turned off frequency power supply, to avoid losses due to burnt workpiece .
2, water cooling equipment 2 - 3 hours check once, the water level is normal, air cooling is normal.
3. When the equipment suddenly loses power during operation, it must first empty the hot billet in the heating furnace, and then start the equipment, and then resume the feeding after normal startup.
4. During the operation of the equipment, the operator should regularly inspect the inlet and outlet of the heating furnace, the heating bed and the intermediate frequency power cabinet funnel, and whether there is water leakage in the cabinet. It is strictly forbidden to use the equipment when the water pressure is low and the water pressure is too low.
5. When the billet is heated normally , the intermediate frequency power supply is turned off when there is a problem in the subsequent process .
6, when the repair or replacement of the furnace, must press the "main circuit OFF 'button, so that the device is in the power off state. When the furnace leaks, immediately stop and empty the furnace heating the billet.
7. The device should turn off the control power switch on the IF power cabinet when it is not in use.
