2. During the installation process, the supplier sent an electrical engineer to the site to guide the installation.

3. Before the induction melting furnace is installed, the supplier shall provide a full set of requirements for the installation size and external connection of the induction melting furnace according to the first paragraph of Article 6.

4. The supplier is responsible for the induction melting furnace commissioning, and the user shall provide all necessary support in addition to the supplier induction melting furnace.

5. During the commissioning process, the supplier shall send at least two electrical engineers to be responsible for the induction melting furnace commissioning, and at the same time dispatch a technical person in charge to coordinate with the demanding party.

6. During the installation and commissioning process, the supplier personnel comply with the demanding factory management system, obey the user organization, and keep the technical drawings and production process of the buyer and the user confidential.

7. After the acceptance of the induction melting furnace is qualified, the supplier technician provides the on-site commissioning report.

Induction melting furnace technical service

1. The content specified in the “Technical Data Delivery” is the technical documents provided by the acquirer or the user.

2. Provide the demander or the user with a list of the main components and materials of the induction melting furnace, and provide the main component purchase channels.

3. The provisions in “Personnel Training” are for the user to train the operation and maintenance personnel and provide permanent technical consultation.

4. Within the service life of the induction melting furnace, the supplier is responsible for sorting the inductive melting furnace maintenance service record or replying to the technical advice submitted by the user, and filing it with the technical person in charge of the user in December each year.

5. After the acceptance of the induction melting furnace, the supplier shall have at least one technician to monitor the use of the induction melting furnace, and the monitoring time is 3 days.

6. Induction melting furnace Within one year after acceptance, the supplier is free to solve the abnormal phenomenon of induction melting furnace quality, and the response time is<36 hours (except for irresistible factors).

7. Induction melting furnace After one year of acceptance and until the induction melting furnace is used, the supplier only charges the maintenance cost. The maintenance cost is composed of the maintenance personnel travel expenses, the out-of-office salary, and the replacement device cost.
