The induction coil is a working coil. When the alternating current passes through the coil, an alternating magnetic field is generated around the wire. The metal workpiece in the magnetic field generates an electromotive force due to electromagnetic induction, and the eddy current heats the workpiece. The force acts on the workpiece. Need to reach the requirements of the heating range of the workpiece, the temperature of the heating zone is uniform and uniform, and the cooling is uniform (if the sensor has an additional sprayer or has a spray hole, it must be considered) 

The specific process of the induction coil induction coil manufacturing process is as follows: 

Annealing: Before winding the coil, the pure copper tube is annealed, the pure copper tube is kept at 650-700 degrees for 30-40 minutes , and then rapidly cooled in 20-30 degrees water. The heating equipment is preferably an intermediate frequency induction heating furnace.. 

Winding: a pure copper tube is wound into a coil, and a metal mold or a wood mold is applied during winding. Considering the amount of springback after the copper tube is wound, the size of the mold should be slightly smaller than the required size. When the radius is small, it should be hot-wound, that is, the pure copper tube used to bake the curved part with acetylene flame during winding. 

Correction: Correct the coil after winding to the required size and clamp it with a clamp.

Quenching : The quenching temperature, time and mode of the coil are the same as those of pure copper tube quenching. 

Hydrostatic test: In the pure copper tube of the coil, water or air with a pressure of 1.5 times the design pressure of the feed water is introduced . Check whether there is water leakage at the joint between the pure copper tube and the pipe. Insulation layer: 1/3 overlap on the pure copper tube Round alkali-free glass ribbon  

 

Surface insulation treatment: First, the surface of the coil, keeping clean and have a certain roughness, selected depending on the environment of the coil insulating paint ultra-high temperature ( the TSC-L , temperature 750 deg.] C, usually applied to steel frequency furnace, a heating furnace And vacuum furnace, etc. or high temperature arc-resistant enamel ( APC-H+ , the breakdown voltage is 2-4 times that of conventional insulating varnish , suitable for small spacing, high voltage, especially in series electric furnace). If the coil is used in a special environment, an additional processing mechanism is required.

Insulation of the coil surface is of great significance for avoiding sparking of the coil, protecting the copper tube from breakdown, and avoiding the burning of the intermediate frequency power supply . At the same time, good coil surface insulation can effectively reduce the energy consumption of the electric furnace.

Drying: Depending on the insulation treatment scheme used, it may be necessary to bake to accelerate the curing of the surface insulating varnish or to choose natural curing.
