Medium frequency melting furnace bottom electrode mounted
The lead rod of the bottom electrode is sleeved with a Teflon tube, and placed into the reserved hole of the bottom of the furnace bottom from the top to the bottom. The stainless steel wire is radially placed in the lining of the furnace bottom, and the exposed portion is 20 mm (excess portion) Cut and bend, so that the exposed part and the surface of the hearth lining are slightly longer than 50 mm.
Intermediate frequency melting furnace side electrode laying
The side electrodes are laid in the following order:
Induction coil - refractory clay - stainless steel side electrode. The lead rod of the side electrode is sheathed with a porcelain tube and then taken out from the lowest point of the sensor column and grows about 50 mm.
Installation of other parts of the intermediate frequency melting furnace
For the installation and use of the power cabinet, see the IF power supply instruction manual.
In the control cabinet, the front console should be placed stably and firmly fixed, and the two positions should be placed in reference to the floor plan.
For water-cooled cables, the joint surface of the conductive copper bars should be greater than 70% before installation. Need to be polished, flattened.
