Medium frequency induction heating furnace safety check before use
1 Before the MF induction heating furnace is opened, it must check whether the push and discharge devices, the circulating water level and the air pressure are normal, whether the cooling tower and the circulating pipeline are leaking, whether the limit switch and the manual/automatic switch are in the required position, and check the blank on the worktable. Whether it meets the requirements of the parts, whether it is matched with the sensor; check for abnormalities in the power cabinet and the operating cabinet, such as loose components and wire ends.
2 The water temperature at the inlet of the cooling tower must not exceed 40 °C.
3 The power cabinet and the intermediate frequency induction heating furnace or the internal and external consoles must be closely coordinated. The heating furnace is started according to the process card of each part of the medium frequency induction heating, and the heating parameters are adjusted. After the stabilization, the normal heating production can be performed.
4 The billet should be placed correctly during the filling process, and the billet with large burrs can be processed before the furnace can be installed.
Every time you start, you should ensure that there is no cold material in the furnace. After starting, the billet is continuously pushed and heated.
6 It is forbidden to operate the empty furnace at full load.
7 It is strictly forbidden to open the capacitor cabinet door on both sides of the hob when the intermediate frequency power supply is turned on.
8 After each shift, you should blow off the furnace and the furnace scale and clean the stove.
9 During the winter shutdown, the water in the cooling system should be removed to prevent the water from freezing and cracking.
10 If the electrical circuit is faulty, it should be repaired in time. When checking trenches, induction coils, cooling water pipes and other electrical appliances, turn off the power to prevent yourself and other people from getting an electric shock.
