The requirement is that the forgings which are precisely forged after heating by the trolley heating furnace have a pass rate of 50 %.
2 . Comparison of power consumption
The average power consumption of the round steel heated by the medium frequency induction heating furnace is 340 kw·h / T , and the power consumption of the trolley heating furnace is 600 kw·h /T .
3 . Oxidation problem of round steel
The speed of induction heating is faster, the heating time is shorter, the scale of the round steel is less, the heating time of the trolley heating furnace is long, the scale is more, and the burning loss is large.
4 . Use environment
The heating of the medium frequency induction heating furnace is good for the workshop environment . When the trolley type heating furnace is heated, the heat scattered in the workshop is very large, and a large amount of heat is radiated from the trolley heating furnace , which deteriorates the working conditions of the workers.
