There are usually three ways to handle the insulation of the induction coil.

1. Wrap an alkali-free glass ribbon on a pure copper tube and dip it and dry it.

2. Use a 1mm thick insulating plate to form a gasket according to the inner and outer diameters of the induction coil, and cut the insulating gasket in the radial direction. The number of insulating gaskets is one less than the number of induction coils. These insulating gaskets are inserted between the turns of the induction coil to form a continuous spiral surface. In this way, the pure copper tube of the induction coil does not need to be wrapped with an insulating layer.

3. Using air insulation, the opening of the induction coil is opened, leaving a gap of 2-4 mm. The size of this gap depends on the width of the pure copper tube of the induction coil. The insulation coefficient between the turns of the induction coil should be
