The electrical part of the 1T intermediate frequency melting furnace includes: a transformer , an intermediate frequency power supply , and a compensation capacitor bank.
1, transformer selection method :
The power rectifier transformer is used to reduce the 10KV high voltage of the power grid to a voltage suitable for the intermediate frequency power supply . The intermediate frequency melting furnace adopts a special rectifier transformer, and the oil is immersed in the self-cooling mode.
