The discharge rack is welded by profile steel. The center distance between profile steel and section steel is 1200mm and length is 4555mm . It is composed of 12 pieces. The neat inclination angle is 4 °. The front end (with sprocket drive) 1905mm is the cold bed, and the rear end is 2300mm for the discharge collection. The gantry is made up of 7 materials and has a blank limit stop.
The cooling bed and the cooling bed adopt the sprocket chain conveying structure. Each chain is provided with a scraping locating frame at intervals of 381 mm . In order to prevent the steel pipe from bending, the center distance between the chain and the chain is 1200 mm , a total of 11 chains are arranged, and the steel pipe is rotated at a constant speed.
