The whole set of equipment consists of: intermediate frequency power supply , capacitor cabinet, sensor, automatic feeding rack, unloading rack and control cabinet. The intermediate frequency power supply adopts a split structure design, and the power cabinet is a GGD standard cabinet. The capacitive cabinet and inductor are compact in design and increase heating efficiency. Reasonable control of the distance between the inductor and the quenching ring shortens the exposure time of the red hot bar to the air, reduces the scale of the bar, and reduces energy consumption. The speed of the transmission mechanism is automatically controlled according to the process parameters set by the user. When there is no workpiece in the sensor, the automatic control system automatically reduces the output power of the intermediate frequency power supply; the workpiece enters the sensor, and the automatic control system automatically increases the output power of the intermediate frequency power supply.
The newly designed spray quenching water ring eliminates the phenomenon of original water jet blocking and improves the quenching stability of the workpiece. During the workpiece transmission process, advance and rotate at the same time to ensure the uniformity of workpiece heating and quenching cooling. The feeding frame is welded by 6 # and 8 # standard channel steel, and the overall structure is firm. The turning cylinder, pneumatic components, transmission mechanism and pressing mechanism are all fixed on the feeding frame. The control cabinet can be customized according to customer requirements, using relay circuit control mode or PLC + touch screen control mode. Realize automatic turning, variable frequency speed automatic feeding, automatic heating, automatic unloading, temperature detection, automatic adjustment of power supply and parameter storage.
Mature sucker rod quenching and tempering technology, equipped with imported infrared temperature measuring device for quenching and tempering process respectively, realizes automatic heating temperature control ( and can adjust temperature by adjusting power ) , and mechanical transmission part is adopted. Driven by the speed control motor, the running speed and power can be adjusted at will, and these operations are realized by the central control system. The worker can start all the running actions by simply starting and stopping the buttons in the operating system.
