1. The IGBT intermediate frequency power supply adopts the load matching intermediate frequency transformer of three-phase bridge rectifier power supply, IGBT power device full bridge inverter and ultra microcrystalline alloy material , and realizes the intermediate frequency power supply with adjustable intermediate frequency output power by LC series resonance working mode. . The whole working process adopts power closed-loop control, and the working frequency automatically tracks the change of the induction inductance of the induction coil. The whole process is soft-switched and the electromagnetic interference is small. The power factor is greater than 0.92 , the power body conversion efficiency is higher than 0.96 , and it has various control signal selections. It is an ideal energy-saving power source to replace the intermediate frequency generator set and the thyristor medium frequency smelting power supply.
