4.1 Heating process requirements:

4.1.1 Round bar material: 45# steel, etc.

4.1.2 Round bar specification range: diameter Φ95-200 , length 81 - 480 . The larger batches are concentrated below the diameter Φ150 .

The automatic feeding machine tries to satisfy a wide range of round bars , and the small materials and the over-range can be artificially placed. For example: a small round bar with a long diameter, a diameter of 95 , a length of 81 , a diameter of 120 , and a length of 154 ; these two materials may be difficult to distinguish between diameter and length during the graded loading process, and manual loading is used. In addition: for long materials with a diameter of more than 150 , on the loading platform, a turning mechanism should be designed on the side, without the form of a seesaw, which is turned into the conveyor chain and then pushed in by the cylinder.

4.1.3 Heating temperature: 1250 ° C

4.1.4 Beat: Example: round bar φ110 , length 184mm , 25 seconds / piece, output 1900kg per hour . Diameter φ150 length 296mm : 75 seconds / piece, the output per hour is 1800-1900kg .

4.1.5 Heating is stable during normal operation, the temperature fluctuation between each section is within ±15 °C ; axial radial (core table) ≤ 50 °C

4.1.6 The cooling water supply system pressure is greater than 0.5MPa (normal water pressure is greater than 0.4MPa ) , the higher temperature is 60 °C, the corresponding hose pressure and interface also need to be scaled up to safety standards.
