Installation of RZS electric furnace special reducer 

1. The following preparations should be made before installation: 
I. Remove the rust preventive oil applied; 
II. Perform an external inspection: 
III. Turn the handwheel of the reducer by hand to check if its worm gear is normal. 
2. The gearbox should be installed on the fastened base. The installation should be easy to maintain. There is no corrosive gas and water vapor in the surrounding air. 
3. The gearbox is supplied without oil. HJ-30 (GB443-64) mechanical oil must be added to the reducer housing before starting. The oil level of the lubricating oil is counted from the inner bottom of the gearbox. RZS-431 is about 150-160mm; RZS-231 is about 125mm  
4. The metal casing of the electrical equipment of the gearbox should be well grounded.
